Sailor Neptune is sometimes portrayed as an antihero: elegant, sophisticated, occasionally cold and fully dedicated to her duty as a Sailor Scout. She possesses powers associated with the sea, precognitive abilities and various others granted by a magic mirror. Her powers of perception are greater than those of her teammates and can distinguish whether a pure heart crystal is a talisman or not.

She can flood entire areas with a tidal wave, submerge a house under water or use her Deep-Sea Mirror to reveal her enemy’s weaknesses.
